Roxanne (Jingxuan) Zhao is a fashion designer, model, and founder of Turbulence Creative, a tech consultancy that brings advanced technology into the hands of artists and designers.

Her thesis collection, Double Life, reimagines functional and transformable fashion as a response to the shifting identities and emotional needs of ambitious modern women. Blending elegance with adaptability, her designs challenge traditional dress codes while offering wearable solutions for complex lives.

As an entrepreneur in the creative industry, she believes in the power of interdisciplinary dialogue and the urgency of democratizing advanced tools for creatives, supporting others to dream beyond the present and realize bold visions.
