Embodied Resonance

Embodied Resonance is a menswear collection exploring memory, grief, and identity through clothing. After realizing much of my wardrobe belonged to my late father, I began reflecting on how his garments help me feel close to him. I documented his pieces and tied each to specific memories—walking to school, painting, or surfing. These shaped my approach to silhouette, texture, and layering. I worked with worn-in fabrics, oversized and shrunken fits, and sheer materials to evoke care and preservation. This collection is both a tribute and a design study on how clothing can carry emotion, connection, and the imprint of those we’ve lost.
