CRE-ADHD
When you hear the word ADHD, what’s the first thing that comes to mind?
Is it distraction? Hyperactivity? Or do you ever think of creativity and innovation? Why is it that in creative industries—where thinking differently should be a strength—neurodivergent minds are still often overlooked?

Cre-ADHD is a thesis fashion collection that explores the intersection of creativity and neurodivergence. I invited individuals with ADHD to participate in collaborative workshops, where I provided second-hand garments and a muslin base I designed. Through their own way of decorating, and spontaneous expression, participants made each piece with their unique strengths and creative perspective. I then transformed these decorated pieces into final garments. This project aims to empower ADHD individuals by giving them space to create freely, while also challenging societal misconceptions about ADHD. Cre-ADHD celebrates neurodivergent creativity, authenticity, and the importance of inclusive, collaborative design in fashion.
